Puzzlewood

I went to Puzzlewood on sunday since I was around the area and still had some free time after the university open day that I had attended. I only had an iPhone 4 with me so I couldn't really get any good photos. My friends and I are planning to go in the summer holidays with our DSLR cameras. I was also planning on shooting a video in Puzzlewood. JK Rowling and JRR Tolkien got their inspiration from this forest when they came to visit for their first time. Also, a couple of Doctor Who and Merlin episodes where shot here. It's a place that everyone should visit!

Shot by Inspiration: Cirrus Quell - Hunger Games short film

Have you ever watched a movie or listened to a song and then suddenly got shot by inspiration? Well I just did. I've been watching this trailer ever since it came out on Jumper360's YouTube channel about four months ago and I still find my self watching it again and again. I guess the inspiration really comes from the fact that it gave me goose bumps and its fan made! To be honest, most fan made short films on youtube don't have that effect on me (that doesn't mean all). So what am I inspired to do? Make something similar? Even before this trailer came out I was thinking about making a short film whilst reading book 2, Catching Fire, but I didn't know what to make it about. Now that I  have finished all three books, I was thinking about making a short film about Finnick Odair but I wouldn't want to rush anything. So who knows what will happen...

Plan Bravo

My latest video: Plan Bravo. This time Sanchez is the good guy since I am always the good guy. This time I am only behind the camera since I was using the Canon 60D to film it with and no-one else knew how to use it. It's easier for me to stay behind the camera and act less as I can actually see what the video will look like. Its also time consuming when I have to direct, act, edit and tell my friends how to use the camera and how to frame the scene. Enjoy...
